It seems we are sleeping better because of the controlled temperature. The whole experience was very positive from the planning to the actual installation. I spoke with Gordon on Wednesday about repairing my Carrier AC furnace. After explaining to him the symptoms of my unit, he said he didn't think it was the motor. He sent Nathan out the following day to diagnose the furnace and it turned to be the motor. The wheel needed cleaning as well. Nathan... Nathan took the motor out and returned the following day to complete the job. Gordon and Nathan, both, came across as being very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. They didn't pressure me into purchasing something I didn't need, like others had attempted to do. I'll give these guys a 5+.

They came out and reworked the pipe no charge.
