I spoke with Gordon on Wednesday about repairing my Carrier AC furnace. After explaining to him the symptoms of my unit, he said he didn't think it was the motor. He sent Nathan out the following day to diagnose the furnace and it turned to be the motor. The wheel needed cleaning as well. Nathan... He sent Nathan out the following day to diagnose the furnace and it turned to be the motor. The wheel needed cleaning as well. Nathan took the motor out and returned the following day to complete the job. Gordon and Nathan, both, came across as being very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. They didn't pressure me into purchasing something I didn't need, like others had attempted to do. I'll give these guys a 5+.

It was difficult to get the old one out due to a pipe that was in the way. I was worried they were going to charge me to move the pipe since it had been more than 12 months since installation. They came out and reworked the pipe no charge.
