Gordon and team did a great job repairing my heat pump, which had never worked properly. They clearly explained the problem, quickly completed the repairs, and even stopped by a couple weeks later to make sure the system was running properly. I will definitely call them again if I have any issues in the future.

They came out and checked out the issue and explained what the fix would be and an estimate of the cost (at a very reasonable cost which is deducted if they do the work). When they came out to do the fix the repair person went over the issue and what will be done to make the fix. After the fix was done a lot of testing was done to make sure everything worked and the system was correctly calibrated.

Skilled technicians (Caesar and Alex) came out very quickly and did a first class job. There was much to fix, - as the original installation was an amateurish mess. But they quickly and thoroughly remedied everything and were too professional to bad mouth the original “workmen”. Nate was in charge and did the inspection and quoting. He is prompt, efficient and polite. Thank you!

Excellent experience with Nathan from Total Home Environment HVAC/Heat today! They were very accommodating with my schedule when making the appointment and showed up on time.
