We decided to not only get a new heating system but added air conditioning as well. Sure glad we did as I never realized how the temperature in your home can affect other areas of your life. It seems we are sleeping better because of the controlled temperature. The whole experience was very positive from the planning to the actual installation. Definitely would recommend this company for any service/installation you are considering.

I spoke with Gordon on Wednesday about repairing my Carrier AC furnace. After explaining to him the symptoms of my unit, he said he didn't think it was the motor. He sent Nathan out the following day to diagnose the furnace and it turned to be the motor. The wheel needed cleaning as well. Nathan... Nathan took the motor out and returned the following day to complete the job. Gordon and Nathan, both, came across as being very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. They didn't pressure me into purchasing something I didn't need, like others had attempted to do. I'll give these guys a 5+.

I have had a total of 2 estimates, pricing from 14K,10K! Very overpriced and telling me things needed to be repair that were not necessary! Replaced old heater/air unit with new HVAC system, including all new ductwork with asbestos remediation. Great job. After a year I went to replace the air filter. It was difficult to get the old one out due to a pipe that was in the way. I was worried they were going to charge me to move the... It was difficult to get the old one out due to a pipe that was in the way. I was worried they were going to charge me to move the pipe since it had been more than 12 months since installation. They came out and reworked the pipe no charge.

Total Home worked hard to meet our needs. They gave me several options to choose from and got the work done quickly. I would recommend them to a friend. We needed a whole new system and they gave us a fair price.

Installation was professional and efficient. For a rooftop mount they were done in a day. I had a problem with the unit but their response was quick - a few hours after I made the call. The issue was immediately resolved
