What particularly impressed me was what they did when the thermostat they brought was faulty: Gordon tracked down the factory representative for the LA area, asked him to test the setup themselves, and on discovering a fault got them to get a new thermostat out the next day. The whole team from start to finish was wonderful, I am happy I chose them and happily recommend them!

I spoke with Gordon on Wednesday about repairing my Carrier AC furnace. After explaining to him the symptoms of my unit, he said he didn't think it was the motor. He sent Nathan out the following day to diagnose the furnace and it turned to be the motor. The wheel needed cleaning as well. Nathan...
